I Am Changing My Booking Software

Five and a half years ago when I opened Buena Cera I found a really great salon booking software from a company in Australia called You’re On Time. They were great and affordable and we all got to know it and use it and it has treated us very well. But, like most other things, they have been raising my fees steadily every year and now it is at the point I don’t want to pay their high prices anymore.

 I have been working hard to switch over to a more affordable system from Square. We have known and used Square for credit card processing and they have shown to be reliable so we are going to give their appointment booking system a shot.

 Moving all your names, emails, phone numbers, and future appointments to the new system has been a lot. I have double and triple checked everything to the best of my abilities but there are going to be mistakes. I ask for your humor and grace in the next few months as we make this transition together.

 This will make online booking for all of you different. I am here to help as we figure out how to navigate the new system.

 Fingers crossed it’s easy! Soon enough the old system will be a distant memory and we will all be Square Appointment pros.
